Design Process
The design process began with exploring various visual interpretations of the "Gentle Garden" concept. I wanted to create a symbol that would evoke the feeling of flowers while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic that would work well across different applications.
The final logo features a flower-like arrangement of six teardrop shapes that radiate from a central point, creating a sense of growth and harmony. The rounded forms and smooth lines convey the "gentle" aspect of the brand, while the symmetrical arrangement suggests order and care—qualities important to a florist business.
The color choice—a soft yet vibrant green—connects directly to plant life and growth, while remaining fresh and contemporary. The typography complements the mark with rounded letterforms that echo the softness of the symbol.
Applications
The logo was designed to work seamlessly across various applications, from the small app icon on mobile devices to larger signage for the physical store. Its simple form maintains legibility at different sizes, and its distinctive shape is easily recognizable even when seen quickly.
